This is based on my own experience and from working alongside my coach at Tri Training Harder (TTH). I have built up to this volume of training and racing over a large number of seasons. As such if you're newer to the sport, or training in general, then the volume and frequency of training and racing should be adjusted accordingly. Well generally speaking your A races are your major targets for the season. These are what the training is all built around and you’ll have a dedicated taper or deload period in the build up to these events. Your B races are still important but of lower priority. Either the distance might not be exactly what you’re targeting or you may simply be using it to test out different strategies. You may do a small taper into a B race but you’ll generally keep the intensity high in the build up. You may tweak your training plan slightly for these but it’ll still be working towards the wider goal of performance at your A race. And lastly your C races, whilst the lowest priority, may sometimes also be the most fun! And are certainly likely to be the most social! These are the races that slip into the calendar that you can do on the regular, not need to deload for and keep training all the way through on either side. Whether that’s short distance evening Tri’s or single disciple events such as cycling time trials, road races and cyclocross, open water swim events and cross country runs, the goal with these will mainly be to have fun and test things out with no specific targets for results.

From my perspective this has meant that, broadly speaking, the focus over the last 4 months has been on consistent longer steady efforts, particularly on the run to build up robustness and volume, with any intensity mainly as longer efforts at tempo (zone 3) or sweetspot (zone 3/4). As different shorter races have approached I’ve brought in a few shorter higher intensity sessions to sharpen things up, but the overarching focus has still been around the volume, strength and power required to compete at middle distance in both triathlon and aquabike.

So that’s how the plan looked. Configure Carousel Component
The height of the carousel. The carousel generally works best when using units that are
relative to the width of the screen. So, for example, a height of 35vw means that the height of the
carousel is 35% of the width of the screen. This gives a constant aspect ratio of 10:3.5.
Default mode uses the central carousel configuration as defined from the settings area of the website.
Custom mode allows you to define a list of images to display just on this carousel.

Visibility
Usually, the display of member data is subject to the logged-in user having specific entitlements to view that data. By default,
this component will respect those entitlements and only show data that the user is allowed to see. However, in certain circumstances,
you may wish to remove these restrictions and, instead, rely on the permissions required to view the CMS page itself.
For example, when creating a "Meet the Committee" page, for viewing by members, you will probably need to disable the member data entitlements as
members would not normally have permission to view the personal details of committee members.
the usual member visibility restrictions WILL be applied.
The displayed list of members will be limited to those who the logged in user has permission to see.
Important: the usual member visibility restrictions WILL NOT be applied.
All of the members in the list will be displayed, regardless of the logged in user's permissions. Please ensure that the CMS space
has appropriate restrictions applied.
the usual member data visibility restrictions WILL be applied.
In addition, for contact details, only those that have been explicitly shared by the member will be visible; even if the viewing
member has elevated permissions.
the usual member data visibility restrictions WILL be applied.
The information you select below will only be visible to those who have the entitlements to view those particular fields for the particular
members displayed.
