Transition is often regarded as the 4th discipline in triathlon and with some planning and practice it the one part of the race you can save seconds without pushing yourself into the red. Sarah Matthews will be running more transition training sessions this summer to cover planning and setting up in transition, moving with the bike, mounting and dismounting. If you need help for a particular event get in touch with Sarah.
Become a qualified coach
If you are an experienced triathlete or qualified coach, and would like to help lead our club, we would love to hear from you. If you have the ability to help out with core training sessions, race preparation, training plans, bike setup and maintenance, diet and recovery, we would welcome your expertise. In return, we can help you to achieve certification in nationally recognised coaching courses. And, of course, you get to work with a great bunch of athletes! All club run training events are confirmed via email and in our members only Facebook group. If you have any questions or would like to come along and try any of our training sessions, please visit our Facebook page.
